This open family room was designed for a young couple to reflect their relaxed lifestyle. This room directly adjoins the kitchen as well as a children’s play room. Keeping the room uncluttered and child safe while establishing some separation between connected rooms and providing easy traffic flow was key. At the same time, the room ties together the window treatments, furniture and paint selections to make it inviting and cohesive space.
